The following directions will assist you in updating your signature in Outlook for Mac.
If you are using Outlook for Windows follow this link, otherwise continue below.
With the Outlook app open select “Outlook” at the top left and select “Preferences…”
Click on “Signatures”
Select the signature you want to update. If you only have one signature, select “Edit”.
Make the changes you wish to make, or paste in one of the template signatures and update the information. Then select save (1) and close (2) the window.
To insert a picture/logo into your signature, place your cursor where you would like to insert your logo, and select “Pictures”.
Once you have located where you have saved your picture/logo, select “Insert”.
Select save (1) and close (2) the window.
