In order for the Isonas app to work you must provide your Device ID from the app.
(Every time you get a new phone you will need to provide your device ID.)
To display the Device ID on the app, select the three dots at the top right of the screen.
Select "View device id"
Either take a screen shot of this screen and send it to itsupport, or physically copy the Device ID to an email if you do not know how to take a screen shot with your device.
