How to setup your MFA Authentication Methods – Authentication Phone

We have enabled MFA, to finish setting up your MFA method(s) of choice you will need to login to your account using the following link


If you're not already signed in, enter your email and password and select "Sign in".

Click “Next” on the screen that asks for more information.



While you only need to setup one method, you can setup up to 3 different methods to authenticate.

The first method in the list is “Authentication Phone”. After selecting this option select your country and enter your cell phone number. You can select to receive a text notification, or you can select the “Call me” option to receive an automated call with your code.


Select “Next” after you have entered your cell phone number.




Enter the verification code you received via your cell phone and select “Verify”.





After you have verified your authentication method you will see the following screen

Click the copy button as pictured in step one below and click “Done”.


*Please paste the password you have copied above into a notepad for the time being, you will need this password if you are using the Microsoft Outlook app, or Apple Mail. This copied password will now be used in place of your normal email password. This password is only for your email application.*


You will now be able to sign in using this MFA method.

Login at Office Login

After you have entered your email address and password you will receive a text message, or call, with a verification code. Enter the code and select “Verify”. This is how you will sign into your account via text notification 2FA.
