How to setup your 2FA Settings – Office Phone

We have enabled 2FA, to finish setting up 2FA you will need to login to your account using the following link Office Login.

(If you are already logged into your account, follow these instructions Setting up 2FA - Additional Methods)


After entering your email and password select "Sign in".

Click “Next” on the screen that asks for more information



Selecting “Office phone” as your 2FA authentication method will use your office desk phone for verification.

To setup 2FA to use your office phone, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Office Phone”
  2. Select your country.
  3. Enter your phone number.
  4. Select “Next”



You will receive the following screen and your office phone will ring.

Answer your phone, press the # sign on your phone when prompted.




Read the following directions on this page and select the copy icon (1)

Select “Done” (2) after you have performed the above step.




Sign in with your email address and password.

An automated system will call your office phone to verify you are trying to log in.

Answer your phone and press the # sign on your phone when prompted.



You have now verified your login.


* Microsoft will not usually call you, if you are not actively trying to sign into your Microsoft account and you have not done anything to prompt a phone call from Microsoft, and you receive a call via your office phone DO NOT enter # when you are prompted.*
