If you've given through the iDonate platform and have created a password, click the Login option under the Email address field. Enter the email address and password associated with your account to login.
For new users or if you've never created a password, enter your email address and click "GET CODE".
Check your Inbox to obtain the code that was sent to your email. You may need to check your Junk or Spam folder. Enter the one-time use code and click "GO".
After you have accessed your profile, you are able to update your profile to set a password, edit your Recurring Donations, view your Recent Transactions, and update your Payment Methods as shown below.
To add/edit your financial information, click on “View all” next to Payment Methods.
Click on “New Method”.
Select one of the payment options.
If adding a Credit/Debit Card payment method, selecting “Make this my default payment method” will use this as your default method for new donations.
When prompted to use this payment method for all of your recurring payments, clicking “YES, APPLY TO ALL” will apply this payment method to all existing Recurring Donations. If clicking “NO, KEEP AS IS”, the payment method will be available as a choice for future use.
