Creating a new profile for Microsoft Outlook

To create a new Outlook Profile click on your Windows Start button and type "Control Panel"

Click on the "Control Panel" button

Click on the "View by:" and make sure "Category" is selected

Click on "User Accounts"

Click on "Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016)"

Your version may be a different version that is ok this tutorial still works the same way

Click on "Show Profiles"

Click on "Add..."

Name the new profile something that will help identify the account.

Make sure the name is not the same as one that is already in the list.

 * Make sure it is not the same name *

 

Select "Email Account"

Fill in the "Your Name:" and "Email Address:" fields with the appropriate email address and click "Next"

Enter your password for your email address and hit "OK" you 

Choose wether you want to have Outlook remember your credentials if you would like

Click "Finish"

Open Outlook and click on File at the top left of the screen

Click on "Account Settings" and choose "Change Profile"

Click "Yes" on the dialog that appears

Re-open Outlook and select the profile from the list

It will now pull down all of your email from the Microsoft Exchange Server

This will take some time, leave Outlook open until it says "All files are up to date"
